CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation by the customer:

• Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival date: Full refund of the reservation amount, less transaction fees.

• Cancellation between 15 and 30 days before arrival date: Refund of 50% of the reservation amount, less transaction fees.

• Cancellation less than 15 days before arrival date: No refund will be made.

• In the event of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure (e.g. accommodation problem, natural disaster), the host undertakes to find an alternative solution for the guest or to fully refund the reservation amount.

 

Terms and conditions :

• Any cancellation request must be made in writing via the site's internal messaging system.

• Refunds will be made within 7 working days of confirmation of cancellation.

• The non-refundable transaction fee covers payment processing costs and is deducted from the amount refunded.
